TrendMe AG (in foundation) is also committed to an open, transparent and customer-friendly approach to data protection. By “personal data” we mean information that relates to a specific or identifiable person. By “processing” we mean any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the acquisition, storage, use, reworking, disclosure, archiving or destruction of personal data.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers in accordance with applicable laws, in particular through data protection legislation. To this end, we take a variety of precautions, such as the implementation of technical and organizational security measures (e.g., use of firewalls, personal passwords, and encryption and authentication technologies, access restrictions, employee awareness and training, appointment of a data protection advisor).

Status Of The Data Protection Declaration

Data Protection On Our Website

This information supplements our privacy policy in relation to the websites of 2020 Management AG/TrendMe AG in foundation (hereinafter “websites”).

When you visit our websites, our web server automatically records details of your visit (e.g. your IP address, the website from which you visit us and the website you are currently visiting, including the date and duration of your visit).
